If you would like to make an appointment please call into the practice, or telephone 0117 9744867. If you have to cancel an appointment we do require wherever possible 24 hours notice. This enables us to make alternative arrangements - perhaps to see someone in pain. There may be a charge for appointments cancelled at short notice or broken without notice.
When you arrange an initial appointment at the practice we will ask you to complete a medical questionnaire regarding your general health. A full examination of your teeth, gums and mouth will be carried out and usually x-rays will be taken. We are all very keen to listen to any concerns you may have or aims you wish to achieve.
If following the examination you need further treatment we will give you a printed treatment plan showing the estimate of cost involved.
We have two surgeries on ground level which are suitable for disabled patients, including those in wheelchairs. However we regret that we do not have toilet facilities on the ground floor.
